Privacy
This website is a preview. Use test details only. The enquiry stores your name, email, phone, chosen vehicle, dates, locations and message for administration. It is not a binding booking and no payment details are collected. Contact post@narvikcarrental.no with questions. The full privacy policy and retention periods must be agreed before real customer use.
Lumi and external services
When AI chat is activated, messages you choose to send and the public car catalog are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. New AI conversations are stored on the server for our signed-in administrators to review questions and improve assistance. A copy remains in your browser tab. Type reset to delete the conversation from the website and chat log, or contact us for deletion. A rental inquiry you have submitted is stored separately and is not deleted by reset. Do not share sensitive information. WhatsApp opens an external service.
Administration
Admin uses a necessary secure login cookie lasting up to eight hours. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Changing a password ends previous admin sessions.
